Designs to fill in the template above were suggested by a reader in the spirit of Sepia Mutiny. Having a selection of rotating banners sounded good and some were designed by ourselves while most were created by various readers.
With the exception of obvious political figures, the rotating banners are presented with no reference, implication or inference to the statements or opinions, known or imagined, of the source or subject.
